Tweak to read Medium Member only stories for FREE
I love using the IFTTT application. It automates trivial tasks thereby making life a little easy.
Recently, I made use of IFTTT to save bookmarked posts in the Pocket app. This is where I figured out a tweak by which a non-member can save and view unlimited member-only stories contrary to the current limit of 3 preview stories per month by just clicking the bookmark icon from the post preview instead of visiting the post.
I strongly believe that this issue can be easily solved by just removing the bookmark icon from the member-only stories as shown in the below pic.
If you’re a non-member, enjoy using the IFTTT applet to access member-only stories this way until Medium gets rid of this bug!
